As a "Day of Wedding Coordinator", I am working for you, not the hotel or location of your wedding.
My Service is perfect for the couple who has already chosen their vendors and has planned the perfect wedding but now needs an organized professional to manage all the details so they can relax and be stress-free to enjoy every moment of their wedding day.
I will meet with you 3 months before your wedding to discuss and go over all of the details. Together we will formulate a plan and timeline for the day. I will collect your vendor contact information so that I can communicate with them and inform them of the schedule. I will meet with you again 2 months before the wedding to go over any changes and to confirm the schedule. And of course meet with you again 1 month before to make make sure that your wishes and requests are carried out to your plan.
I can also be at your rehearsal to suggest choreography and teach each member of your bridal party how they will be walking down the aisle, where to stand and what to expect.
I will cue all aspects of the ceremony. Letting ushers know when to begin escorting guests, lining up bridal party for their entrances down the aisle and cueing them on when to enter. Gathering family members to pose for photos if necessary, and of course handling any emergencies that may arise.
At the reception, I will meet with the head waiter to confirm the schedule that I have already provided ahead of time. Make sure seating cards and table numbers are properly placed along with any other decorations that you requested. Communicate with the DJ/emcee to review names of the bridal party, photographer to coordinate their efforts and make sure that the toasts, special dances, cake cutting, and any other activities take place at the ideal intervals and that everyone is aware and in place for each event.
After the wedding I will also organize and pack all gifts and collect any items such as candles, guest book, favors and programs as requested and turn over to designated person.
I keep everything running according to the plan I created for you, making any adjustments as necessary at your request.
